Mark is having a go at paper mache today and hopes to develop his work into a 3D sculpture!
 
 
Vicky is once again getting into her painting; she loves it, and today the influence of the weather is showing in her work!
 
 
 
Today Alex is using crayons on sandpaper to realize his talent for geometric colourful patterns and enjoying every minute of it as you can see!!

Caroline loves to draw using big bold colours layering swirly designs on top of  oil pastels



Mark especially loves being in the garden his colourful pencil drawn pictures conveys his talent of putting pencil to paper!

Steven has an eye for beautiful thistles from a picture found in a gardening magazine


Pat continues to draw her delicate and thoughtful pictures of the garden; today they show the garden covered  in a layer of snow and frost.

Vicky loves being in the garden and her painting shows the vast array of flaura and fauna here at Horticap. She especially enjoyed painting with the acrylics!





Mark loves working in the shop and has produced a detail plan of  the layout and stock sold in the shop.



James chose to draw the 'top greenhouse' where all the propagation,potting and growing of plants take place. His detailed coloured pencil drawings are fantastic! If only the greenhouse was as tidy  
as he portrays!





Carl continued developing work he did the previous week; concentrating on the crowd at the football match at Harrogate Town. The biro drawings are of the heads of the spectators.

Wayne especially enjoys rock climbing. His fabulous oil pastel picture shows him climbing up a large rock face!







Carl has a real love of the sunshine and holidays abroad he also enjoys watching the local football team  Harogate Town.






    Alex has a fabulous gift of colouring in symmetrical patterns. Using the bright vibrant  pencils and   oil pastels reveal these beautiful works.







Pat concentrated on the views through the windows of the workshop. Carefully drawn pictures of the brightly coloured glass balls from an ornate table in the garden along with meticulous and delicate pictures of trees were created.
